Increased cost claims. (a) A Finance Party intending to make a claim pursuant to Clause 13.1 (Increased costs) shall notify the Agent of the event giving rise to the claim, following which the Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower.
Increased cost claims. (a) If the Lender intends to make a claim pursuant to Clause 14.1 (Increased costs), it shall promptly notify the Borrower of the event giving rise to the claim.
Increased cost claims. 14.2.1 A Finance Party intending to make a claim pursuant to Clause 14.1 shall notify the Facility Agent, as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of the claim, of the event giving rise to the claim, following which the Facility Agent shall notify the Borrower as soon as reasonably practicable.
Increased cost claims. If the Lender intends to make a claim pursuant to Clause 11.1 (Increased costs), the Lender shall promptly notify the Borrowers.
Increased cost claims. 11.2.1 A Finance Party intending to make a claim pursuant to clause 11 (Increased costs) shall notify the Agent of the event giving rise to the claim, following which the Agent shall promptly notify the Parent.
Increased cost claims. (a) Each Facility Indemnified Party intending to make a claim pursuant to Section 12.1 shall, as soon as reasonably practical after becoming aware of it, notify the Company, the Master Servicer and the Administrative Agent of the event giving rise to the claim.

The Borrower shall not be required to compensate a Lender pursuant to Clause 13 (Increased costs) for any amounts incurred more than six months prior to the date the Borrower receives notification of such claim; provided, that if the circumstances giving rise to such claim have a retroactive effect, then such six month period shall be extended to include the period of such retroactive effect.

A Finance Party intending to make a claim pursuant to Clause 14.1 (Increased costs) shall notify the Agent of the event giving rise to the claim, following which the Agent shall promptly notify the Shareholder. Each Finance Party shall, as soon as practicable after a demand by the Agent, provide a certificate confirming the amount of its Increased Costs.
Increased cost claims. (a) A Finance Party may not make a claim pursuant to Clause 13.1 (Increased costs) unless it has within sixty days notified the Agent of the event giving rise to the claim, following which the Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower of any such notification from a Finance Party.
