Increase to Loan Facility. Each of the Borrower, the Agent and the Lenders hereby agree that the Loan Facility and the Commitments thereunder shall hereafter be in the amount of $[Ÿ] and Exhibit “A” of the Loan Agreement is hereby replaced with Exhibit “A” attached hereto.
