Increase or Decrease in Contract Amount. With each Design-Builder proposal for a change involving an increase or decrease in the amount of the Guaranteed Maximum Price, including a claim for Extra Work, the Design-Builder shall submit an itemized breakdown, to include but not be limited to the following, related only to this Skate Park Project: (a) Material quantities and unit prices separated into trades. (b) Labor costs.
