INCORRECT DESCRIPTION. The Land is believed by the Vendor, and shall be taken by the Purchaser, to be correctly described but this sub-clause is without prejudice to the rights of the Purchaser under sub-clause (2).
INCORRECT DESCRIPTION i. In case the rate or hotel description uploaded by the Service provider on the extranet is incorrect, TBO shall not be held liable for the rate difference.
ii. In case the original booking is not executed correctly, the Service Provider shall be liable for any additional charges incurred by TBO with respect notably to a change of hotel (relocation).
