Incorporation of Schedules and Exhibits. The Schedules and Exhibits hereto are incorporated into this Agreement and will be deemed a part hereof as if set forth herein in full. References to “this Agreement” and the words “herein”, “hereof” and words of similar import refer to this Agreement (including the Schedules and Exhibits) as an entirety. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and any Schedule or Exhibit, the provisions of this Agreement will control. Capitalized terms used in the Schedules have the meanings assigned to them in this Agreement. The Section references referred to in the Schedules are to Sections of this Agreement, unless otherwise expressly indicated.
