Income Stability Service. Subject to the provisions of Article 8, the AGENT shall, without interruption, and during the Term of this Agreement, remit the monthly rent owed to the OWNER on a monthly basis, no later than the second business day (2nd) of the month, net of the AGENT'S compensation and receipted expenses authorized by this Agreement (or as otherwise agreed to by the OWNER), provided, and for as long as, the tenant(s) or occupant(s) of the Rental Property are and remain compliant and in good standing under the rental or tenancy agreement.

Related to Income Stability Service

  • Hospitality Service Sprint shall provide all blocking, screening, and all other applicable functions available for hospitality lines under tariff.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Maternity Services Your benefits for maternity services are the same as your benefits for any other condition and are available whether you have Individual Coverage or Family Coverage. Benefits will be provided for delivery charges and for any of the pre­ viously described Covered Services when rendered in connection with pregnancy. Benefits will be provided for any treatment of an illness, injury, congenital defect, birth abnormality or a premature birth from the moment of the birth up to the first 31 days, thereafter, you must add the newborn child to your Family Coverage. Premiums will be adjusted accordingly. Coverage will be provided for the mother and the newborn for a minimum of:

  • Water Service The Purchase Price for the Property shall include all water rights/water shares, if any, that are the legal source for Seller’s current culinary water service and irrigation water service, if any, to the Property. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • School Year Employees All hourly employees compensated under “Hourly Schedule A” and regularly employed for the hours in that position considered full time by the Employer for the school year.
