Inclusion in Subcontracts. To the extent any of the services required of CONTRACTOR under this Agreement are subcontracted to a third party, CONTRACTOR shall include all of the provisions of this Paragraph 19 in all such subcontracts as obligations of the subcontractor.
Inclusion in Subcontracts. The contractor shall insert this clause in any subcontract which may involve the risk of public liability, as that term is defined in the Act and further described in paragraph (d)(ii) above. However, this clause shall not be included in subcontracts in which the subcontractor is subject to Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) financial protection requirements under section 170b. of the Act or NRC agreements of indemnification under section 170c. or k. of the Act for the activities under the subcontract.
Inclusion in Subcontracts. CONTRACTOR agrees to require all subcontractors and any other entity or person who is involved in providing services under this Agreement to comply with the Workers Compensation and General Liability insurance requirements set forth in this Paragraph 7.
Inclusion in Subcontracts. Design-Builder shall insert in all Subcontracts that the Subcontractor shall stop Work on the date of and to the extent specified in a Notice of Termination from Department and shall require that Subcontractors insert the same provision in each Subcontract at all tiers. The Job Order Contractor shall include a similar provision in all of its agreements with Subconsultants and Subcontractors providing services under the Contract Documents to ensure the City, its authorized representative, and/or the appropriate federal agency, has access to the Subconsultants’ and Subcontractors’ records to verify the accuracy of cost and pricing data.
