Common use of Included Information Clause in Contracts

Included Information. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Confidential Information” means all confidential and proprietary information of a party, including but not limited to (i) financial information, (ii) business and marketing plans, (iii) the names of employees and owners, (iv) the names and other personally-identifiable information of users of the third-party provided online fundraising platform, (v) security codes, and (vi) all documentation provided by Client or Investor.

Included Information. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Confidential Information” means all confidential and proprietary information of a party, including but not limited to (i) financial information, (ii) business and marketing plans, (iii) the names of employees and owners, (iv) the names and other personally-identifiable information of users of the third-party provided online fundraising platformPortal, (v) security codes, and (vi) all documentation provided by Client or Investor.

For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Confidential Information” means all confidential and proprietary information of a partyParty, including but not limited to (i) financial information, (ii) business and marketing plans, (iii) the names of employees and owners, (iv) the names and other personally-identifiable information of users of the thirdClient’s website or third party-party provided online fundraising platformportal, (v) security codes, and (vi) all documentation provided by Client or Investor.

Included Information. For purposes of this Agreement, the term “Confidential Information” means all confidential and proprietary information of a party, including but not limited to (i) financial information, (ii) business and marketing plans, (iii) the names of employees and owners, (iv) the names and other personally-identifiable information of users of the third-party provided online fundraising platform, (v) security codes, and (vi) all documentation provided by Client or Investoran investor.

For purposes purpose of this Agreement, the term “Confidential Information” means all non-public, confidential and and/or proprietary information of a partydisclosed by one party to this Agreement (“Disclosing Party”) to the other party (“Receiving Party”), including but not limited to (i) financial information, (ii) business and marketing plans, (iii) the names of employees and owners, (iv) the names and other personally-personally identifiable information of users of the third-party provided online fundraising platform, customers (v) security codesintellectual property, and (vi) all documentation provided by Client or Investorinvestors in the Offering.
