Incidental Items. Molds, models, tools, films, etc. that have been made by Seller to enable him to execute the order shall, on being paid for, become the property of Buyer, even if they remain in Seller's possession. Seller shall be obliged to hand them over to Buyer on request.

The Supplier/Service Provider hereby undertakes to sign all documents and do all things as may be necessary to effect, record and perfect the assignment of such improvements, developments, adaptations and/or modifications, inventions or discoveries to Transnet and the Supplier/Service Provider shall reasonably assist Transnet in attaining, maintaining or documenting ownership and/or protection of the improved Foreground Intellectual Property.

  • Ownership of Alterations and Improvements In all cases of alterations, improvements, changes, accessories and the like that cannot be removed from the Property without destroying or otherwise deteriorating the Property or any surface thereof shall, upon creation, become the Landlord’s property without need for any further transfer, delivery or assignment thereof.
