Costs related to responding to an election security incident, including: o Staff time or consulting services for incident response plan drafting and preparation o Staff time or consulting services to identify an attack, minimize its effects, contain damage, and remediate the cause to reduce the risk of future incidents Items presumed not to be reimbursable: The following is a partial list of items presumed to not be reimbursable and not inclusive of all items that are not reimbursable.
