Incident Reports. Contractor shall immediately notify Company in the event of any incident resulting in injury to any person or property damage in excess of $500.00 and arising out of the Work. Contractor shall prepare and furnish Company a copy of an incident report within ten (10) calendar days thereof, and when requested, shall furnish Company with a copy of all reports made by Contractor to Contractor’s insurers with respect thereto.
