Common use of Incentive Shifts Clause in Contracts

Incentive Shifts. Employees working an eligible incentive shift as designated by the Employer will be eligible to receive incentive pay in addition to the employee’s overtime rate of pay as defined in Article 5.3.1, if applicable.
