Common use of Incentive Bonus Clause in Contracts

Incentive Bonus. For each full fiscal year during the Employment Term, Executive shall be eligible for an incentive bonus, to be paid no less frequently than annually if and to the extent Executive remains employed on its date of payment, based upon achievement of defined goals established by the Compensation Committee of the Board and in accordance with the terms of any incentive plan of the Company in effect from time to time (the “Incentive Bonus”).

Incentive Bonus. For Commencing with the Company’s 2018 fiscal year and for each full fiscal year thereafter that Executive is employed by the Company during the Employment Term, Executive shall be eligible for an annual incentive bonus, to be paid no less frequently than annually if and to the extent Executive remains employed on its date of paymentannually, based upon achievement of defined goals established by the Compensation Committee of the Board and in accordance with the terms of any incentive plan of the Company in effect from time to time (the “Incentive Bonus”).

For Commencing with the first full fiscal quarter of the Company’s 2012 fiscal year and for each full fiscal year quarter thereafter that Executive is employed by the Company during the Employment Term, Executive shall be eligible for an annual incentive bonus, to be paid no less frequently than annually if and to the extent Executive remains employed on its date of paymenta quarterly basis, based upon achievement of defined goals established by the Compensation Committee of the Board and in accordance with the terms of any incentive plan of the Company in effect from time to time (the “Incentive Bonus”).

For Commencing with the first full fiscal quarter of the Company's 2008 fiscal year and for each full fiscal year quarter thereafter that Executive is employed by the Company during the Employment Term, Executive shall be eligible for an annual incentive bonus, to be paid no less frequently than annually if and to the extent Executive remains employed on its date of paymenta quarterly basis, based upon achievement of defined goals established by the Compensation Committee of the Board and in accordance with the terms of any incentive plan of the Company in effect from time to time (the “"Incentive Bonus”").

For Commencing on the Effective Date and for each full fiscal year thereafter that Executive is employed by the Company during the Employment Term, Executive shall be eligible for an annual incentive bonus, to be paid no less frequently than annually if and to the extent Executive remains employed on its date of paymentannually, based upon achievement of defined goals established by the Compensation Committee of the Board and in accordance with the terms of any incentive plan of the Company in effect from time to time (the “Incentive Bonus”).

Incentive Bonus. For So long as employed, Executive may receive an incentive bonus for each full fiscal year or portion thereof during which Executive has been employed hereunder as determined by the Employment Term, Executive shall be eligible for an Board at the end of the applicable fiscal year. The incentive bonus, to if any, shall be paid no less frequently than annually if and to the extent Executive remains employed on its date of payment, based upon achievement of defined goals established by the Compensation Committee of the Board and in accordance with the terms of Company policy, but in any incentive plan event, no later than March 15th of the Company year following the year in effect from time to time (the “Incentive Bonus”)which it shall accrue.
