Common use of Incentive Bonus Clause in Contracts

Incentive Bonus. During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, Executive’s incentive compensation program shall be determined by the Company in its discretion with a target bonus equal to 60% of Base Salary, and allowing for payment of up to 150% of target with respect to calendar year 2006 and 200% of target with respect to calendar year 2007 and thereafter.

Incentive Bonus. During Executive's incentive compensation program for the term of Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, Executive’s incentive compensation program Agreement shall be determined under the Company's Executive Bonus Program, established by the Company Board in its discretion with a target bonus equal discretion. Executive is eligible to 60receive up to 50% of his Base Salary, Salary in accordance with the terms and allowing for payment conditions of up to 150% of target with respect to calendar year 2006 and 200% of target with respect to calendar year 2007 and thereafterthe Executive Bonus Program.

Incentive Bonus. During Executive's incentive compensation program for the term of Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, Executive’s incentive compensation program Agreement shall be determined under the Company's Executive Bonus Program, established by the Company Board in its discretion with a target bonus equal discretion. Executive is eligible to 60receive up to 50% of her Base Salary, Salary in accordance with the terms and allowing for payment conditions of up to 150% of target with respect to calendar year 2006 and 200% of target with respect to calendar year 2007 and thereafterthe Executive Bonus Program.

Incentive Bonus. During the term of Executive’s 's employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, Executive’s 's incentive compensation program shall be determined by the Company in its discretion with a target bonus equal to 6050% of Base Salary, and allowing for payment of up to 150% of target with respect target. On termination at other than year-end the bonus will be prorated to calendar year 2006 and 200% reflect the period of target with respect to calendar year 2007 and thereafteractual employment.

Incentive Bonus. During Executive's incentive compensation program for the term of Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, Executive’s incentive compensation program Agreement shall be determined under the Company's Executive Bonus Program, established by the Company Board in its discretion with a target bonus equal discretion. Executive is eligible to 60receive up to 75% of her Base Salary, Salary in accordance with the terms and allowing for payment conditions of up to 150% of target with respect to calendar year 2006 and 200% of target with respect to calendar year 2007 and thereafterthe Executive Bonus Program.

Incentive Bonus. During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, The Executive’s incentive compensation program during the term of his employment under this Agreement shall be determined under the Company’s Executive Bonus Program, established by the Company Board in its discretion with a target bonus equal discretion. The Executive is eligible to 60receive up to 75% of his Base Salary, Salary in accordance with the terms and allowing for payment conditions of up to 150% of target with respect to calendar year 2006 and 200% of target with respect to calendar year 2007 and thereafterthe Executive Bonus Program.

Incentive Bonus. During Executive's incentive compensation program for the term of Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, Executive’s incentive compensation program Agreement shall be determined under the Company's Executive Bonus Program, established by the Company Board in its discretion with a target bonus equal discretion. Executive is eligible to 60receive up to 110% of his Base Salary, Salary in accordance with the terms and allowing for payment conditions of up to 150% of target with respect to calendar year 2006 and 200% of target with respect to calendar year 2007 and thereafterthe Executive Bonus Program.

Incentive Bonus. During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, Executive’s incentive compensation program shall be determined by the Company in its discretion with a target bonus equal to 60% of Base Salary, and allowing for payment of up to 150% of target with respect to calendar year 2006 and 200% of target with respect to thereafter. Executive’s bonus, if any, shall be payable as soon after the end of each calendar year 2007 to which it relates as it can be determined, but in any event within two and one-half (2-1/2) months thereafter.

During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, Executive’s incentive compensation program shall be determined by the Company in its discretion with a target bonus equal to 6075% of Base Salary, and allowing for payment of up to 150% of target with respect to calendar year 2006 and 200% of target with respect to thereafter. Executive’s bonus, if any, shall be payable as soon after the end of each calendar year 2007 to which it relates as it can be determined, but in any event within two and one-half (2-1/2) months thereafter.

Incentive Bonus. Executive is eligible to 60receive up to 125% of his Base Salary, Salary in accordance with the terms and allowing for payment conditions of up to 150% of target with respect to calendar year 2006 and 200% of target with respect to calendar year 2007 and thereafterthe Executive Bonus Program.

Incentive Bonus. During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, Executive’s incentive compensation program for the term of this Agreement shall be determined under the Company’s Executive Bonus Program, established by the Company Board in its discretion with a target bonus equal discretion. Executive is eligible to 60receive up to 50% of her Base Salary, Salary in accordance with the terms and allowing for payment conditions of up to 150% of target with respect to calendar year 2006 and 200% of target with respect to calendar year 2007 and thereafterthe Executive Bonus Program.

Incentive Bonus. During the term of Executive’s 's employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, Executive’s 's incentive compensation program shall be determined by the Company in its discretion with a target bonus equal to 6050% of Base Salary, and allowing for payment of up to 150% of target with respect target. On termination at other than year-end the bonus will be prorated to calendar year 2006 and 200% reflect the period of target with respect to calendar year 2007 and thereafteractual employment, which will include service at Arris Interactive LLC.

During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, Executive’s incentive compensation program shall be determined by the Company in its discretion with a target bonus equal to 6080% of Base Salary, and allowing for payment of up to 150% of target with respect to calendar year 2006 and 200% of target with respect to thereafter. Executive’s bonus, if any, shall be payable as soon after the end of each calendar year 2007 to which it relates as it can be determined, but in any event within two and one-half (2-1/2) months thereafter.

Incentive Bonus. During Executive's incentive compensation program for the term of Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, Executive’s incentive compensation program Agreement shall be determined under the Company's Executive Bonus Program, established by the Company Board in its discretion with a target bonus equal discretion. Executive is eligible to 60receive up to 110% of Base Salary, his base salary in accordance with the terms and allowing for payment conditions of up to 150% of target with respect to calendar year 2006 and 200% of target with respect to calendar year 2007 and thereafterthe Executive Bonus Program.

Incentive Bonus. During Executive's incentive compensation program for the term of Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, Executive’s incentive compensation program Agreement shall be determined under the Company's Executive Bonus Program, established by the Company Board in its discretion with a target bonus equal discretion. Executive is eligible to 60receive up to 100% of her Base Salary, Salary in accordance with the terms and allowing for payment conditions of up to 150% of target with respect to calendar year 2006 and 200% of target with respect to calendar year 2007 and thereafterthe Executive Bonus Program.

Incentive Bonus. During the term of Executive’s 's employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, Executive’s 's incentive compensation program shall be determined by the Company in its discretion with a target bonus equal to 60__% of Base Salary, and allowing for payment of up to 150% of target with respect to calendar year 2006 and 200% of target with respect to calendar year 2007 and thereafter.

Incentive Bonus. During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, The Executive’s incentive compensation program during the term of his employment under this Agreement shall be determined under the Company’s Executive Bonus Program, established by the Company Board in its discretion with a target bonus equal discretion. The Executive is eligible to 60receive up to 90% of his Base Salary, Salary in accordance with the terms and allowing for payment conditions of up to 150% of target with respect to calendar year 2006 and 200% of target with respect to calendar year 2007 and thereafterthe Executive Bonus Program then in effect at the Company.

Incentive Bonus. During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company pursuant to this Agreement, The Executive’s incentive compensation program during the term of his employment under this Agreement shall be determined under the Company’s Executive Bonus Program, established by the Company Board in its discretion with a target bonus equal discretion. The Executive is eligible to 60receive up to 65% of his Base Salary, Salary in accordance with the terms and allowing for payment conditions of up to 150% of target with respect to calendar year 2006 and 200% of target with respect to calendar year 2007 and thereafterthe Executive Bonus Program.
