Common use of Incentive Bonus Plan Clause in Contracts

Incentive Bonus Plan. For 2000 and subsequent years during the Term, it is the Company's intent to develop a written Incentive Bonus Plan setting forth the criteria under which Employee and other officers and key employees will be eligible to receive year-end bonus awards. Employee's targeted annual bonus (which term shall be defined consistent with the bonus plan being developed by the Company and PalEx with the assistance of Towers Xxxxxx) shall be 30% of Employee's then current base salary.
