Common use of Incentive Bonus Plan Clause in Contracts

Incentive Bonus Plan. During the Term, the Executive is entitled to an annual cash bonus (the “Annual Bonus”), a part of which will be based on attainment of particular financial milestones (the “Financial Milestones”) and the other part of which will be based on attainment of particular business milestones (the “Business Milestones”). The Annual Bonus is computed as a percentage (not exceeding 50%) of the Executive’s base salary for the fiscal year for which achievement of the Financial and Business Milestones relate.
