In addition to the foregoing. “General Holidays”, full-time Employees who are in the employ of the Employer on April 1st of each year shall be granted an additional “Floater” holiday. The “Floater” holiday shall be taken at a time to be mutually agreed upon by the Employer and the Employee between the first pay period and the final pay period of the entitlement year. Any “Floater” holiday not taken within the entitlement year will be paid out on the last pay period of the entitlement year.
