Improvements to Security. 5.1 The Parties acknowledge that security requirements are constantly changing and that effective security requires frequent evaluation and regular improvements of outdated security measures. The Data Processor will therefore evaluate the measures as implemented in accordance with Section 4 on an on-going basis and will tighten, supplement and improve these measures in order to maintain compliance with the requirements set out in Section 4.
