Import Permits. (a) The Buyer is to obtain at its own risk and expense any import licence or other official authorisation and carry out all customs formalities for the import of the Commodity and for their transport through any country.
Import Permits. PQPC or its representative shall be the importer of record and shall obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and permits for the importation of Fuel hereunder at the Unloading Point.
Import Permits. Many countries require import or export permits or certificates of origin for customs clearance (regardless of the hazardous status of the applicable Product(s)). The Customer is solely responsible for obtaining all import permits or other documentation and forwarding the appliable documentation to IQMH for inclusion with the Product shipment. IQMH will not ship any Products without the required documentation. Products will be shipped in accordance with Incoterms Free - on-Board (FOB). All duties and import taxes which may apply to the Survey Materials are the sole responsibility of the Customer and cannot be waived by IQMH. Any Products with hazardous materials may also require special permits and additional charges, taxes and duties may apply. IQMH reserves the right to amend its Quotation at any time and from time to time due to any changes in applicable taxes, including import taxes and duties, or such other charges. While IQMH will, using reasonable commercial means, ensure that Product shipments reach their destination in a timely and efficient manner, IQMH cannot guarantee nor warrants the delivery of the Survey Materials when due and shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery, including any delay caused by the Customer in providing the applicable import permits and documentation. The Customer is advised to consult local authorities to determine if any permits or other documentation is/are required prior to confirming enrolment.
Import Permits. Acceptance of the Order is conditional upon the issue of any necessary import or export permits and applicable foreign exchange approval by any government. Buyer shall be responsible for obtaining such permits or approvals.
Import Permits. OSI shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary import permits for Products.
Import Permits. SST shall be responsible for obtaining the -------------- appropriate licenses or permits required to import Products into each destination country in the Territory. To the extent permitted by law within the Territory, all such licenses and permits shall specify FMT as the approved entity for importation of the Products in the Territory, and FMT shall have the exclusive rights to all such licenses or permits if this Agreement is terminated for any reason.
Import Permits. Distributor shall be under no duty to obtain any necessary licenses and permits for the importation and distribution of the Picture in any country or locality nor to utilize for the Picture any licenses or permits available to Distributor in limited quantity. Production Company shall on request use its best efforts to secure for Distributor any such licenses or permits. Distributor shall be entitled to the benefit of all import and/or export licenses and/or quotas and/or similar benefits of Production Company with respect to the Picture which would entitle the Picture to be imported into any country or territory. Production Company shall notify Distributor of such licenses and/or quota benefits and transfer and assign the same to Distributor upon request. If it is not legally permissible to make such transfer and assignment, the same shall be held in trust for the sole benefit of Distributor. The foregoing provision shall apply to all future arrangements which may come into being under international trade arrangements and/or other treaties or other favorable arrangements for the foreign importation of films.
