Federal Project Coordination Unit In order to facilitate the implementation of the Project, the Recipient shall establish no later than October 30, 2010, and thereafter maintain during the implementation of the Project, a project coordination unit at the federal level (FPCU) responsible for the coordination of the Project activities, in a form and substance and with staff (including the positions listed in Section 5.01 of this Agreement) and resources, all satisfactory to the Association, and in accordance with the PIM.
