Impetigo Clause Samples

Impetigo. NovaBay shall, at its own expense (except as provided in Section 8.2.2), use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to complete the activities assigned to it under the Impetigo Plan within the time frames set forth therein. The Parties acknowledge that during the Continuation Period Galderma may consider and use (if it so elects) a different formulation of the Impetigo Product for the Galderma Territory than the one used by NovaBay in the conduct of the Impetigo POC.
