Imperial Beach Plans. In accordance with Sections 3.2 and 3.3 of this Agreement, Imperial Beach shall provide San Diego with the projections (by fiscal year) of its flows and contract capacity requirements in those portions of the SDMS used by Imperial Beach. Imperial Beach shall also advise San Diego of any plans to acquire capacity outside the SDMS. This "Projected Flow Capacity Report" shall be updated annually.
