Impassable Roads Leave Clause Samples

The Impassable Roads Leave clause allows employees to take leave when they are unable to reach their workplace due to roads being blocked or rendered impassable by events such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which leave can be granted, such as requiring employees to notify their employer as soon as possible and specifying whether the leave is paid or unpaid. Its core practical function is to provide a clear process for handling absences caused by circumstances beyond the employee's control, ensuring both employee safety and operational clarity for the employer.
