IMPACT ON CURRENT SERVICES (OR PROJECTS). The Funding Agreement and the Xxxxxxx Lease are a continuation of prior agreements. As such, current services will not be impacted.
IMPACT ON CURRENT SERVICES (OR PROJECTS). The Department provides DNA testing for all the cities and the unincorporated areas within the County, with the exception of the city of Los Angeles. This Agreement will have no negative impact on the services provided by the Department, and will ultimately reduce the burden on the Department’s Scientific Services Bureau’s DNA caseload.
