Common use of Immigration Clause in Contracts

Immigration. The School does not hold a Child Student sponsor licence. The Parents must inform the Head when returning a completed registration form or at any other time if their child does not have the right to live and study in the United Kingdom. It shall be the Parents' responsibility at all times to ensure that their child has the appropriate immigration permission to live in the United Kingdom and to study at the School. Please also see clause 9.13.
