Immediate Change Directive (ICD) is a written order prepared by the Architect and signed by the District and the Architect, directing a change in the Work where the Work must proceed immediately and stating a proposed basis for adjustment, if any, in the Contract Sum or Contract Time, or both. Immediate Change Directive (ICD). An Immediate Change Directive is a written order to the Contractor prepared by the Architect and signed by the Owner (and CM if there is a CM on the Project) and the Architect, directing a change in the Work and stating a proposed basis for adjustment, if any, in the Contract Sum or Contract Time, or both. The Owner may by ICD, without invalidating the Contract, direct immediate changes in the Work within the general scope of the Contract consisting of additions, deletions, or other revisions within. If applicable, the Contract Sum and Contract Time will be adjusted accordingly. In the case of an Immediate Change Directive being issued, Contractor must commence Work immediately or delays from failure to perform the ICD shall be the responsibility of Contractor and the failure to move forward with Work immediately shall also be grounds for Termination under Article 14. An ICD does not automatically trigger an Article 7.6 Dispute or Claim. Contractor must timely follow the procedures outlined at Article 7.6 and 4.6 where applicable. Refer to Division 1 for a copy of the proposed Immediate Change Directive form.

  • Grantee’s Notification of Change of Contact Person or Key Personnel The Grantee shall notify in writing their contract manager assigned within ten days of any change to the Grantee's Contact Person or Key Personnel.

  • Serious Health Condition An illness, injury, impairment, or physical or mental condition which warrants the participation of a family member to provide care during a period of treatment or supervision and involves either inpatient care in a hospital, hospice or residential health care facility or continuing treatment or continuing supervision by a health care provider (e.g. physician or surgeon) as defined by state and federal law.

  • Employee-Requested Schedule Changes Overtime-eligible employees’ workweeks and work schedules may be changed at the employee’s request and with the Employer’s approval, provided the Employer’s business and customer service needs are met and no overtime expense is incurred.

  • Benefit Level Two Health Care Network Determination Issues regarding the health care networks for the 2017 insurance year shall be negotiated in accordance with the following procedures:

  • Recurring Disabilities (a) Employees who return to work after being absent because of illness or injury, and within five (5) consecutive scheduled days of work again become unable to work because of the same illness or injury are considered to still be within the original Short Term Plan period as defined in Section 1.2(a).

  • Illness or Disability If, because of Employee’s illness or other disability for a continuous period of more than 45 days, Employee is unable to render the services required by the Company as provided herein, the Company may terminate Employee’s employment hereunder by written notice to Employee at least 30 days in advance of such termination. Upon such termination Employee shall not be entitled to any further payments of any nature, except for payment of (a) any earned but unpaid Annual Base Salary, (b) any unpaid bonuses and (c) unreimbursed business expenses (collectively, “Payable Amounts”). All Payable Amounts shall become due and payable on the date of such termination.
