Image Release. 4.1 Iron Tiger, will, on occasion, take photos or videos of classes, training and individuals for the purpose of use in social media and marketing. You herewith give concent for the Gym to use any images or video that may be taken of yourself for these purposes.
Image Release. Participant further agrees that the Organizers shall have the right to record, broadcast and otherwise exploit in any and all media throughout the world Participant's activity/performance in the Event and to use Participant's name, likeness, voice and biographical information in connection therewith. If any provision of this Agreement shall for any reason be held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision hereof and this Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provision were omitted.
Image Release. I hereby grant full permission to the Released Parties to use photographs, videotapes, motion pictures or any other record of my child’s participation in the Program, including, but not limited to, my child’s name, likeness and voice for any legitimate purpose.
Image Release. Participant consents to be recorded, photographed, and videotaped related to the Event, and hereby irrevocably and perpetually authorizes any of the Released Parties to copyright, publish, reproduce, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, televise, digitize, display, otherwise use, and permit others to use (i) the Participant’s name, image, likeness, and voice, and (ii) all photographs, recordings, videotapes, audiovisual materials, writings, statements, and quotations of or by the Participant obtained related to the recording of the Event (collectively, the “Materials”), in any manner, form, or format whatsoever now or hereinafter created, including on the Internet, and for any lawful purpose, including, the advertising or promotion of the Released Parties and/or the Event without further consent from or payment to the Participant. The Participant understands that the Released Parties are under no obligation to use the Materials. Participant agrees that all of the Materials, and all films, audiotapes, videotapes, reproductions, media, plates, negatives, photocopies, and electronic and digital copies of the Materials are the sole property of the Released Parties and Participant further agrees not to contest the rights or authority granted to the Released Parties hereunder. The Participant hereby waives any right to inspect or approve the recordings, and modes of the use thereof as described above. Participant acknowledges and agrees that: (i) Participant shall not be entitled to any compensation for its appearance at the Event or subsequent use of its appearance in the Materials, (ii) Participant has and will refrain from any offensive or distasteful remarks or conduct and will conduct itself in a courteous and professional manner at all times during its participation at the Event and appearance in the Materials, and (iii) this Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law.
Image Release. I hereby sell, assign and grant to Company all right, title and interest to and permission to copyright, use, publish and republish my name, voice, picture and likeness (collectively, “Likeness”) in any and all media or distribution now known or hereafter developed taken or recorded during my employment with Company including but not limited to electronic, digital or conventional, blurred, altered or distorted, in color or black and white, video or otherwise for art, trade, internal distribution or any other lawful purpose in any lawful manner anywhere in the world and/or on the worldwide web. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve any final product using my Likeness. I hereby release and discharge Company from any and all actions, claims and demands of any nature which I may have at any time now or in the future arising out of or related to the rights granted above or my Likeness.
Image Release. 9.1. The Grantee grants to New Harvest the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use their image and likeness taken at New Harvest retreats, conferences or other events in which the Grantee participates in their role as Grantee or submitted by the Grantee to New Harvest.

Image Release. I hereby grant permission for videos and photographs to be taken during class time, at the studio, events, and other performances. I understand that this media will be produced and used for advertising purposes and all social media outlets. I authorize Steps N Motion Dance Studio Inc. to use my photograph or video on their website, printed material, and/or all social media without further consideration. I also acknowledge that Steps N Motion may not choose to use my photo/video at this time but may do so at its own discretion or at a later date. I also understand that there is no compensation for this media. If you do not agree to the image release, you must notate on your registration under the student additional information box.
Image Release. I grant PPAI permission to use my likeness in a photograph and or video (digital or otherwise) in any manner or medium, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration in perpetuity. I understand and agree that these photos and videos will become the property of PPAI. I irrevocably authorize PPAI to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute such photos or videos for the purposes of publicizing PPAI’s programs or for any other lawful purposes. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the Products. I AGREE TO HOLD PPAI HARMLESS FROM, AND I HEREBY RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE PPAI FROM ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT I, MY HEIRS, REPRESENTATIVES, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, OR ANY OTHER PERSONS ACTING ON MY BEHALF OR MY ESTATE HAVE OR MAY HAVE DUE TO THIS AUTHORIZATION I, for myself and my heirs, representatives and estate, irrevocably grant unlimited permission to PPAI, its successors and assigns, to use, reproduce, sell, disseminate and distribute any and all photographs, images, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other depiction of any kind of me or my participation in the Event or Activities for any legitimate purpose, in perpetuity, and I understand that I am not entitled to any compensation in connection therewith. I irrevocably grant permission to PPAI to film, videotape and record my participation in the Event or Activities and subsequently to telecast, sell, distribute and otherwise utilize the same in whatever manner PPAI shall deem appropriate. Such permission shall include granting the unlimited and irrevocable rights to PPAI to use, reproduce or broadcast, my name, nickname, image, likeness, voice, or photograph in connection with the Event or Activities. I irrevocably authorize PPAI to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute such photos or videos for the purposes of publicizing PPAI’s programs or for any other lawful purposes. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Image Release. I consent to the publication and distribution of photographs or videos taken of me by the Releasees during my participation in Special Events for promotional and marketing purposes and I agree not to claim any compensation for use, publication or distribution of the photographs and videos. In entering into this Release Agreement I am not relying on any oral or written representations or statements made by the Releasees with respect to the safety of participating in Special Events, other than what is set forth in this Release Agreement.
