Art. 47 Image carrier The Stage Management is entitled to use analogue, digital or otherwise fixed im- age recordings of Stage Members including costumes and sets for the theatre’s own use, for marketing purposes or for integration into production or media use. The recordings do not require consent and the use is free of charge. Five years af- ter the end of the employment, the rights of the Stage Management are restricted to uses in connection with productions in which the Stage Member has been in- volved during the duration of the employment.
