Illegal Use and Internet Gambling. You agree that all transactions that you initiate by use of your Visa debit card are legal in the jurisdiction where you live and/or where the transaction occurred. Internet gambling may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which you are located, including the United States. Your Visa debit card may only be used for legal transactions. Display of a payment card logo by an online merchant does not mean that Internet gambling transactions are lawful in all jurisdictions in which you may be located. TwinStar Credit Union has restricted all online gambling transactions with the Visa debit card.

You agree to repay according to the terms of this Agreement all transactions you initiate by taking an advance or using your card(s), whether deemed legal or illegal. Borrower Responsibility You promise to notify us of any change in your name, address or employment. You promise not to apply for an advance if you know there is a reasonable probability that you will be unable to repay your obligation according to the terms of the credit extension. You promise to inform us of any new information which relates to your ability to repay your obligation. You promise not to submit false or inaccurate information or willfully conceal information regarding your creditworthiness, credit standing, or credit capacity. Co-Borrower’s Liability

You agree that you will not use your Card for any transaction that is illegal or unlawful under applicable federal, state or local law. We may decline to authorize any transaction that we believe poses undue risk of illegality or unlawfulness. We are not responsible for the refusal of any plan Merchant or financial institution to honor your Card. Display of a payment Card logo by an online Merchant does not mean that internet gambling transactions are lawful in all jurisdictions where you may be located. You agree to pay according to the terms of this Agreement all transactions you initiate by use of your Card, whether deemed legal or illegal. Responsibility You agree to pay all transactions to your Account that are made by you or anyone whom you authorize to use your Card or Account. Should you overdraw your account, you also agree to pay related fees as disclosed in the Rate & Fee Schedule for Savings and Checking Accounts or any line of credit (overdraft protection) finance charges added to your Account under the terms of the line of credit agreement or another agreement you made with the Credit Union. If you have opted into Overdraft Privilege on your Checking Account, your limit will not be shown in your inquiry balance; however, you may be allowed to overdraw your account at the ATM. Any ATM transactions that cause an overdraft will result in an NSF Fee being charged to your account. Verify your account balance prior to performing ATM transactions to avoid NSF fees. You must opt-in to Overdraft Privilege Plus to protect debit card transactions. If this is a Joint Account, the next section below also applies to your Account.
Illegal Use and Internet Gambling. Your Card may not be used for any illegal transaction. For example, you may not use your Card for gambling or for gambling online, where such gambling is illegal in your state, and you may not use your Card for gambling in any locale where gambling or online gambling is illegal under that locality’s local or state law. Should your Card be used for any illegal transaction, WESTconsin Credit Union shall bear no responsibility for such use and shall incur no liability to you for such use.

  • Illegal Use You may use your FAIRWINDS Credit Union Credit Card for any transaction permitted by law. You may not use your Card for any gambling purposes, either legal or illegal. You agree that illegal use and/or use in gambling activities of this Card will be deemed an action of default and/or breach of contract and such service and/or other related services may be terminated at our discretion. You further agree, should illegal use occur, to waive the right to sue us for such illegal activity directly or indirectly related to it. You also agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any suits or other legal action or liability, directly or indirectly, resulting from such use.

  • PROHIBITION ON CERTAIN TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SERVICES OR EQUIPMENT To the extent applicable, Supplier certifies that during the term of this Contract it will comply with applicable requirements of 2 C.F.R. § 200.216.

  • Illegal Drugs A. The use or possession of an illegal drug or controlled substance by an employee on duty is cause for suspension or termination, and/or referral for criminal prosecution.

  • Use of Verizon Telecommunications Services 2.1 Verizon Telecommunications Services may be purchased by Connectel under this Resale Attachment only for the purpose of resale by Connectel as a Telecommunications Carrier. Verizon Telecommunications Services to be purchased by Connectel for other purposes (including, but not limited to, Connectel’s own use) must be purchased by Connectel pursuant to other applicable Attachments to this Agreement (if any), or separate written agreements, including, but not limited to, applicable Verizon Tariffs.

  • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Federal Government End Use Provisions We provide the Services, including related software and technology, for ultimate federal government end use solely in accordance with the following: Government technical data and software rights related to the Services include only those rights customarily provided to the public as defined in this Agreement. This customary commercial license is provided in accordance with FAR 12.211 (Technical Data) and FAR 12.212 (Software) and, for Department of Defense transactions, DFAR 252.227-7015 (Technical Data – Commercial Items) and DFAR 227.7202-3 (Rights in Commercial Computer Software or Computer Software Documentation). If a government agency has a need for rights not granted under these terms, it must negotiate with Us to determine if there are acceptable terms for granting those rights, and a mutually acceptable written addendum specifically granting those rights must be included in any applicable agreement.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to Reconex for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.

  • Internet Traffic Any traffic that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission.

  • Internet Use 7.1. Customer is prohibited from posting or transmitting unlawful material on or via the Internet or the World Wide Web.
