Illegal/unenforceable provisions. If the whole or any part of any provision of this Agreement is void or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the other provisions of this Agreement, and the rest of the void or unenforceable provision, will continue in force in that jurisdiction, and the validity and enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction will not be affected.
Illegal/unenforceable provisions. If any part or any provision of this agreement shall to any extent prove invalid or unenforceable in law, including the laws of the European Union, the remainder of such provision and all other provisions of this agreement shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permissible by law, and such provision shall be deemed to be omitted from this agreement to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability. The remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect and the parties shall negotiate in good faith to replace the invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid, legal and enforceable provision which has an effect as close as possible to the provision or terms being replaced.
Illegal/unenforceable provisions. 26.1 If the whole or any part of any provision of this Agreement is void or unenforceable the other provisions of this Agreement and the enforceable part of any void or unenforceable provision will continue in full.
Illegal/unenforceable provisions. Each provision of this Agreement is to be construed separately and, even if the whole or any part of any provision proves to be illegal, void or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the other provisions of the Agreement, and the remainder of the illegal, void or unenforceable provision, shall continue in full force and effect in that jurisdiction and the legality, validity and enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction shall not be affected.

If the whole or any part of any provision of this Agreement is void or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the other provisions of this Agreement, and the rest of the void or unenforceable provision, will continue in force in that jurisdiction, and the validity and enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction will not be affected. The Parties shall use their best efforts to negotiate a provision in replacement of the provision held invalid, illegal or unenforceable that is consistent with applicable law and achieves, as nearly as possible, the original intention of the Parties.
