Illegal Acts Sample Clauses
The Illegal Acts clause prohibits parties from engaging in activities that are unlawful under applicable laws during the course of the agreement. It typically specifies that any conduct constituting a criminal offense or violation of regulations is not permitted, and may outline consequences such as termination of the contract or liability for damages if such acts occur. This clause serves to protect both parties by ensuring compliance with the law and providing a clear mechanism for addressing illegal behavior, thereby reducing legal and reputational risks.
