Common use of If Borrower Clause in Contracts

If Borrower. (a) fails or neglects to perform, keep, or observe any term, provision, covenant, or agreement contained in Sections 2.7, 3.2, 6.8, 6.12, 6.15, 6.17, 6.18, 6.19 and 7.1 through 7.20 of this Agreement;

If Borrower. (a) fails or neglects to perform, keep, or observe any term, provision, covenant, or agreement contained in Sections 2.7, 3.2, 4.2, 4.4, 4.6, 6.8, 6.12, 6.14, 6.15, 6.16, 6.17, 6.18, 6.19 and 7.1 through 7.20 7.21 of this Agreement;

If Borrower. (a) fails or neglects to perform, keep, or observe any term, provision, condition, covenant, or agreement contained in Sections 2.7, 3.2, 6.84.6, 6.8(a), 6.11, 6.12, 6.15, 6.17, 6.18, 6.19 6.16 and 7.1 through 7.20 7.18 of this Agreement;
