Identity Theft Procedures. The Parties hereby adopt the Identity Theft Procedures, as set forth in the Servicing Guidelines attached hereto and as amended from time to time by agreement of the Parties. Program Administrator, Lender, and the Servicer may suggest changes to the Identity Theft Procedures from time to time.
