IDalko shall use Licensee’s data only in respect of the execution of this Agreement. Additionally, Idalko shall only access and disclose personal data from, about or related to the Licensee, users of the Software and any data subjects, to law enforcement or other government authorities, to the extent required by law.
IDalko or relevant third parties own the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Software and all subsequent copies of the Software.
