ICQ SERVICE. The standard English language version of the ICQ brand communications and messaging service, specifically excluding (a) ICQ.xxx xx any other ICQ Interactive Site, (b) "ICQ It!" or any other independent product, service or property which may be offered by, through or with the ICQ brand service, (c) any programming or Content area offered by or through the ICQ brand service over which ICQ does not exercise complete operational control (including, without limitation, Content areas controlled by other parties, whether or not co-branded with ICQ, and ICQ user-created Content areas), (d) any yellow pages, white pages, classifieds or other search, directory or review services or Content offered by or through the ICQ brand service, (e) any property, feature, product or service which ICQ or its affiliates may acquire subsequent to the effective date hereof and (f) any other version of an ICQ service which is materially different from the standard ICQ brand service, by virtue of its branding, distribution, functionality, Content or services, including, without limitation, any co-branded version of the service or any version distributed through any broadband distribution platform or through any platform or device other than a desktop personal computer. ICQ USER. Any user of the ICQ Service, ICQ.xxx xx the ICQ Network.

ICQ SERVICE. The standard English language version of the ICQ brand communications and messaging service available in the U.S. and internationally (e.g., to U.S.- and internationally-based ICQ Members), including the "Shop@ICQ" area thereon, but specifically excluding (a) "ICQ It!" or any similar product, service or property which may be offered by, through or with the English language version of the ICQ brand service, (b) any programming or Content area offered by or through the English language version of the ICQ brand service over which ICQ does not exercise complete or substantially complete operational control (including, without limitation, Content areas controlled by other parties, whether or not co-branded with ICQ, and ICQ user-created Content areas), (c) any yellow pages, white pages, classifieds or other search, directory or review services or Content offered by or through the English language version of the ICQ brand service, (d) any property, feature, product or service which ICQ or its affiliates may acquire subsequent to the effective date hereof and (e) any other version of an ICQ service which is materially different from the standard English language version of the ICQ brand service, by virtue of its branding, language (e.g., the Japanese-language version), distribution, functionality, Content or services, including, without limitation, any co-branded and/or customized version of the service or any version distributed primarily through any broadband distribution platform or through any platform or device other than a desktop personal computer.
ICQ SERVICE. 1-800-FLOWERS shall maintain a version of the principal 1-800-FLOWERS Interactive Site customized for distribution through the ICQ Service (the "1-800-FLOWERS/ICQ Site") by (w) developing the 1-800-FLOWERS/ICQ Site as a "cul de sac" site containing no links outside of the 1-800-FLOWERS/ICQ Site other than to the ICQ Service, other AOL or third party Content determined by AOL, or advertisements permitted under this Agreement, (x) displaying on each page of the 1-800-FLOWERS/ICQ Site headers and footers of size and type determined by AOL and which contain both ICQ and 1-800-FLOWERS branding, links to the ICQ Service and two (2) promotional spaces to be programmed by AOL, (y) programming each page of the 1-800-FLOWERS/ICQ Site with a co-branded domain name (e.g., 0000Xxxxxxx.xxx.xxx) and (z) matching the look and feel of the ICQ Service on the 1-800-FLOWERS/ICQ Site. All registration and community-related utilities and functionality (including, without limitation, chat, message boards, and web page community services) shall be managed by AOL or ICQ. The 1-800-FLOWERS/ICQ Site shall contain Content of substantially the same quality, scope, functionality, terms and conditions as the Content on any other 1-800-FLOWERS Interactive Site. 1-800-FLOWERS will, in accordance with the Programming Plan, and subject to the terms of this Agreement, (1) provide AOL with Content for the areas and screens of the ICQ Service described in the Programming Plan, and (2) program and manage the Content on the 1-800-FLOWERS/ICQ Site for distribution through the ICQ Service. All terms and conditions of this Agreement applicable to any 1-800-FLOWERS Interactive Site shall apply to the 1-800-FLOWERS/ICQ Site except as expressly otherwise stated.
ICQ SERVICE. The standard narrow-band English language version of the ICQ brand ----------- communications and messaging service available in the U.S. (e.g., to U.S. based ICQ Members), specifically excluding (a) XXX.xxx or any other ICQ Interactive Site, (b) any non-English language versions of an ICQ service or any version of the ICQ service aimed specifically at any particular international audience segment, (c) "ICQ It!" or any other independent product, service or property which may be offered by, through or with the English language version of the ICQ brand service, (d) any programming or Content area offered by or through the English language version of the ICQ brand service over which ICQ does not exercise complete operational control (including, without limitation, Content areas controlled by other parties, whether or not co-branded with ICQ, and ICQ user-created Content areas), (e) any yellow pages, white pages, classifieds or other search, directory or review services or Content offered by or through the English language version of the ICQ brand service, (f) any property, feature, product or service which ICQ or its affiliates may acquire subsequent to the effective date hereof and (g) any other version of an ICQ service which is materially different from the standard narrow-band English language version of the ICQ brand service, by virtue of its branding, distribution, functionality, Content or services, including, without limitation, any co-branded version of the service or any version distributed through any broadband distribution platform or through any platform or device other than a desktop personal computer. Impression. User exposure to the applicable Promotion, as such exposure may be ---------- reasonably determined and measured by ABC Interactive or another similar third party used in the industry for such purposes.
ICQ SERVICE. The standard and generally available version of the ICQ(TM) brand service, excluding any other version of the ICQ Service, XXX.xxx, or the ICQ Client that is materially different from the standard version thereof, by virtue of its branding, distribution, functionality, content or services, including, without limitation, any co-branded version of such service or product, or any version primarily distributed through or designed for any [***] platform or through any platform or device other than a desktop personal computer (e.g., a service designed primarily for distribution to a hand-held, wireless personal digital assistant [***]). For purposes of this definition, "ICQ Client" shall mean the client software, device or functionality (e.g., browser technology) developed and distributed by ICQ or an affiliate of ICQ that enables ICQ users to access and use the ICQ Service.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services. Any advice or recommendation that we offer to you, will only be given after we have assessed your needs and considered your financial objectives and attitude to any risks that may be involved. We will also take into account any restrictions that you wish to place on the type of products you would be willing to consider.

  • DNS Service TLD Zone Contents Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, as indicated in section 2.2.3.3 of the gTLD Applicant Guidebook, permissible contents for the TLD’s zone are:

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • IN-SERVICE When a nurse attends any in-service programme during her/his regularly scheduled working hours, she/he shall suffer no loss of pay. When a nurse is unable to do so, and attends the in-service programme outside her/his regularly scheduled hours, she/he shall be paid for all time attendance at her/his straight time rate of pay. If attendance is mandatory all applicable premiums will apply.

  • Service Each Party further agrees that service of any process, summons, notice or document by registered mail to its address set forth in Section 9.2.2 shall be effective service of process for any action, suit or proceeding brought against it under this Agreement in any such court.

  • Mail Service 1. The Union shall be authorized to use the Agency’s internal mail distribution system, and the electronic mail system (e-mail), to conduct Union business which is necessary for the effective representation of bargaining unit employees.

  • Universal service 1. Each Party has the right to define the kind of universal service obligations it wishes to maintain.

  • Grades of Service The Parties shall initially engineer and shall monitor and augment all trunk groups consistent with the Joint Process as set forth in Section 14.1 of this Attachment.

  • Utility Service Tenant shall pay the cost of all utility services, including, but not limited to, initial connection charges and all charges for gas, water, and electricity used on the Leased Premises. If the Leased Premises are separately metered, Tenant shall pay such costs directly to the appropriate utility company. Otherwise, Tenant shall pay such costs pursuant to Paragraph 6(b) above. Tenant shall pay all costs caused by Tenant introducing excessive pollutants into the sanitary sewer system, including permits, fees and charges levied by any governmental subdivision for any pollutants or solids other than ordinary human waste. If Tenant can be clearly identified as being responsible for obstructions or stoppage of the common sanitary sewage line, the Tenant shall pay the entire cost thereof, upon demand, as additional rent. Tenant shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of any dilution tanks, holding tanks, settling tanks, sewer sampling devices, sand traps, grease traps or similar devices which may be required by the appropriate governmental subdivision for Tenant's use of the sanitary sewer system. Tenant shall also pay all surcharges (i.e. charges in excess of normal charges) levied due to Tenant's abnormal use of sanitary sewer or waste removal services so that no such surcharges shall affect Landlord or other tenants in the Project under Paragraph 6(b) above.
