Hypothetical Tasks Approach. The Government will evaluate the responses to each hypothetical task to assess the Offeror’s understanding of the issue(s), requirement(s), and personnel required to create the specified product. Also, the Government will assess the feasibility of the Offeror’s approach to addressing the hypothetical task description.
Hypothetical Tasks Approach. For each Functional Area being proposed, the Offeror shall provide a detailed response for each hypothetical task described below that demonstrates the Offeror’s understanding of the issue(s), requirement(s) and methods of implementation. Each response shall also include a list of assumptions and a high level schedule describing major steps during execution. Each hypothetical task response shall include a labor matrix and a breakout of any material required to generate the product described for the task. The labor matrix shall include the types of personnel (i.e. labor categories) required and the number of hours per labor category per task (i.e., labor mix) to complete each hypothetical task.
