Hypothetical Tasks Approach. For each Functional Area being proposed, the Offeror shall provide a detailed response for each hypothetical task described below that demonstrates the Offeror’s understanding of the issue(s), requirement(s) and methods of implementation. Each response shall also include a list of assumptions and a high level schedule describing major steps during execution. Each hypothetical task response shall include a labor matrix and a breakout of any material required to generate the product described for the task. The labor matrix shall include the types of personnel (i.e. labor categories) required and the number of hours per labor category per task (i.e., labor mix) to complete each hypothetical task. Offerors are reminded to refer to the table for page limits for each hypothetical task. The tasks are as follows:

Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.

  • PERCENTAGE GOAL The goal for Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) participation in the work to be performed under this contract is 23.7 % of the contract amount.
