HVAC Disclaimer. Tenant acknowledges that the functioning of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems is subject to variation from time to time, that such functioning can be effected by, among other things, outside temperature conditions, sunlight through windows at various times during the day, and heat-generating machines, lighting and equipment, and that Landlord cannot be responsible for room temperatures and is not responsible for maintaining any particular temperature in all or any portion of the Premises.
