Hunting Rights. Lessors has reserved for his personal use, all the hunting privileges associated with the property. Lessors hereby agrees with the Lessee that Lessors will be responsible to Lessee for any damage caused to Lessee's livestock as a result of hunting activities on the property and Lessee may look directly to Lessors for any damages to Lessee's livestock as a result of hunting activities on the property.
Hunting Rights. Landlord, personally, maintains hunting rights on the Leased Premises for the Term of the Lease, however, such rights must not interfere with Tenant’s operations.
Hunting Rights. LESSEE acknowledges that this lease is for agricultural purposes. LESSEE may exercise the privilege of a hunting and fishing lessee subject to the following conditions:
Hunting Rights. 20. All of the hunting rights and privileges on leased premise are reserved to Landlord. Xxxxxx agrees that he/she will not permit any hunting on the Leased Premises without the prior written consent of Landlord.
