Medical Attention 22.1 A seafarer shall be entitled to immediate medical attention when required and to dental treatment of acute pain and emergencies.
Stock Plan Administration Service Providers The Company transfers Data to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx LLC, an independent service provider, which is assisting the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. In the future, the Company may select a different service provider and share Data with such other provider serving in a similar manner. The Participant may be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the service provider, with such agreement being a condition to the ability to participate in the Plan.
President and Chief Executive Officer The president shall be the chief executive officer of the Trust, unless the Board of Trustees designates the chairman as chief executive officer. The chief executive officer shall see that all orders and resolutions of the Board of Trustees are carried into effect. The chief executive officer shall also be the chief administrative officer of the Trust and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Trustees may from time to time prescribe.
Plan Administration AvMed may from time to time adopt reasonable policies, procedures, rules and interpretations to promote the orderly and efficient administration of this Contract.
General Counsel The General Counsel subject to the discretion of the Board of Directors, shall be responsible for the management and direction of the day-to-day legal affairs of the Company. The General Counsel shall perform such other duties and may exercise such other powers as may from time to time be assigned to him by the Board of Directors or the President.
Stock Plan Administration Service Provider The Company transfers the Participant's Personal Information to Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan (the “Stock Plan Administrator”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Administrator and share the Participant's Personal Information with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Administrator will open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Administrator, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan. Employee Responsibility (02) The Union and the employees agree that employees share responsibility for their safety and health and agree to cooperate fully with the Employer on all matters of health and safety. In order to maintain a cooperative interest in safety, employees will inform management as soon as practical of all injuries resulting from accidents occurring in the work place.
Employee Responsibilities 1. Employees are responsible for notifying their department of an absence prior to the commencement of their work shift or as soon thereafter as possible. Notification shall include the reason and possible duration of the absence.
