HUB Certification. Pursuant of 2 CFR 200.321. Bidding companies that have been certified by the State of Texas as Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) entities are encouraged to attach a copy of the HUB Certification when responding to this proposal invitation. This information will be included in the vendor profiles and may be used for consideration of purchase(s).
