Common use of HSR Clearance Clause in Contracts

HSR Clearance. The waiting period (and any extension of such period) under the HSR Act applicable to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have expired or otherwise been terminated (the “HSR Clearance”).

The waiting period (and any extension applicable to the consummation of such period) the transactions contemplated hereby under the HSR Act applicable to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall have expired or otherwise been terminated (and all other authorizations and Orders of, declarations and filings with, and notices to any Governmental Authority, required to permit the “HSR Clearance”)transactions contemplated hereby shall have been obtained or made and shall be in full force and effect.
