HOW THIS AGREEMENT OPERATES. 1.1 Before Oyster IMS supplies any Services, the Parties will in each case first agree an appropriate agreement, proposal, statement of work or some other such description of the Products and Services to be provided (the “Work Description”). This will be provided when available as Schedule 2 to this Agreement. Additional Work Descriptions for further Services can be appended to this Agreement at any time.
