Common use of Housing Services Clause in Contracts

Housing Services. CONTRACTOR shall provide a continuum of housing and housing 28 support to Full Service Partnership clients. This service category includes a comprehensive needs 29 assessment, linkage, placement, and ongoing support to sustain and appropriate level of housing. 30 CONTRACTOR shall prioritize obtaining appropriate housing for individuals immediately upon 31 enrollment, and throughout the recovery process. All Housing options provided by a FSP must meet 32 minimal requirements set by the COUNTY’s MHSA Coordination Office and outlined in the Policy 33 Manual for Adult and Older Adult FSP Programs.
