HOUSING RATES. University housing rates are adjusted annually by the Board of Trustees. The rates are for housing only and do not include the cost of a meal plan. The 2021-22 academic year room rates and board rates will be approved by the Board of Trustees by June 2021. Rates are subject to change and may be found on the Office of Residence Life website. Specific room and meal plan charges will be reflected on the Student’s Bursar bill which will be electronically posted by the Office of the Bursar beginning in July. The University Board of Trustees reserves the right to change or modify the room rates outlined herein as economic conditions warrant.

In the event of reduced occupancy, remaining resident(s) should be prepared to accept a roommate at any time or find an eligible roommate to occupy the open bedroom(s). Failure to maintain the open bedroom(s) for immediate occupancy may result in the resident(s) to be jointly and severally responsible for the total apartment charge obligation.

HOUSING RATES. (1) All resident students are charged an RHA Activity Fee. This fee is not refundable to students who vacate after taking possession of a room.

The deposit will be applied to the applicant's account once the applicant is accepted into housing. The deposit is nontransferable. The $500 deposit will be returned to the applicant if the applicant is not accepted into housing. If the applicant is accepted into housing and becomes a Resident, but later withdraws from the college or from housing, the $500 deposit will not be returned.

Non-student live-in guest $1,200 in addition to the one-bedroom semester rate. Summer rates and availability are by management approval only.
