House regulations. The house regulations attached to this contract represent an essential component of this lease agreement. The Lessor may unilaterally amend the house regulations where necessary for management reasons or to maintain good order. The Lessor shall then inform the Tenant of the new house regulations.

The Lessee undertakes to comply with the house regulations, and to cause his employees, visitors suppliers and any person entering the Building. to be aware of and respect them. The Lessor reserves the right to make reasonable changes and additions to the house regulations in order to preserve a high standard of occupational condition within the Building.

The holidaymakers: - agrees to comply with the following regulations and ensure that they are observed by all members of their party. - agrees to keep and leave the property and furnishing, including items such as kitchen equipment, crockery and glasses clean and in good condition. - agrees not to cause damage to the walls, doors, windows or any other part of the property nor to do anything that may reasonably consider to cause a nuisance or annoyance to the villa owner or to any other occupier of adjoining or neighboring properties. - agrees to take all the necessary steps to safeguard their personal property while at the villa. Neither Mk Villas nor the property owner has responsibility for any loses. - cannot allow more people to stay or visit the property than expressly authorized, nor can they can take their pet into the property unless permitted by us in writing in advance. If they do so the manager of the villa can refuse to hand over the property to them, or can require them to leave it. The owner will treat any of these circumstances as a cancellation of the booking by them and shall be under no obligation to refund them for any fees already paid to us. Complaints Every effort has been made from Mk Villas team and the owners of the villas to ensure that you will have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. Konzerthaus Freiburg, Messe Freiburg, Historisches Kaufhaus and ETAGE Tagungscenter (hereinafter referred to as the venues) are operated by Freiburg Wirtschaft Touristik und Messe GmbH & Xx.XX (hereinafter referred to as FWTM). The House Regulations apply to the venues and the associated outside areas. They apply to all persons entering, or present at, the venues or the premises. FWTM and any third parties appointed by it (organisers) shall have domiciliary rights. FWTM shall be entitled to limit access to the venues and the outside areas for visitors, exhibitors and other third parties by, for example, only allowing access against presentation of an entrance pass or entrance ticket, and to check that the access rules are observed. Children and young people aged 14 and under shall only be granted access when accompanied by adults. Any rules deviating from this shall be published separately. Young people aged 15 and over have the same unlimited access as adults. Any event-specific, special regulations such as “expert visitors only” shall remain unaffected. FWTM staff and staff of the security services under contract with FWTM shall be entitled to carry out identity checks on the premises. Persons found without valid entrance passes or who are not authorised to be in the hall or on the premises for any other reasons shall have to leave the premises immediately. Bags, containers and clothes such as coats, jackets and shawls may be searched. Visitors who do not agree with objects that may jeopardise the event or pose a risk to visitors being confiscated by the visitor management service shall not be permitted to enter the event. Rejected visitors shall not be entitled to have their entrance fees reimbursed. Depending on the type of event, carrying coats, jackets, umbrellas, bags and similar containers may be prohibited. At public events where tickets are (pre-)sold, coats, bags, backpacks and other objects (larger than DIN A4) must be deposited in the cloakroom. Visitors are required to pay the applicable cloakroom charge according to the price list displayed. For safety reasons, personal objects – items of clothing, bags, suitcases, etc. – may not be stored anywhere but in the cloakroom on the ground floor. Items left in the building shall be picked up by FWTM staff and can be collected from the cloakroom against payment of the valid cloakroom fee. House regulations. The house regulations and the right to issue reprimands will be exercised by the responsible Facility Management and/or members of the security department. This does not include offices in which the works council committees have their own house regulations. In this case, the chair of the relevant works council committee will exercise the house regulations. Instructions issued by the chairperson or people acting on his or her behalf must be followed. Intentional infringement or gross negligence of these House Rules may lead to proceedings under labor law and/or criminal law. This is without prejudice to the authority to issue a house ban.
House regulations. The Stitch Sisters Quilt House has a maximum occupancy of 15 adults. Minors are not allowed at Stitch Sisters Quilt House. Any additional occupants must be approved by the Owner prior to your arrival. Please be respectful of property lines and boundaries between the House and its neighbors, and observe “quiet hours” between 9 P.M. & 7 A.M., each day of your visit.
