HOUSE CAPTAINS. House Captains or any personnel of the Fire Department acting in their capacity shall be the ranking officer in the fire station to which they are assigned. House Captains shall coordinate the activities of other officers and personnel assigned to their station to provide consistent and effective management, operation, and control of their subordinate personnel, station, and equipment. House Captains shall perform all duties required of Captain.
