The work day shall be scheduled to fall between the hours of 07:00 hours 7:00 a.m. and 18:00 hours daily with Saturdays 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed in consultation between the Association and Sundays as days of restthe Council at the appropriate level.

HOURS OF WORK. 36.1 The regular scheduled work week for day employees shall be thirty-seven decimal consist of five (37.55) days per week, Monday to Friday. The regular scheduled day shall consist of eight (8) hours from Monday 7:00 a.m. to Friday inclusive3:30 p.m., and the scheduled work day shall be seven decimal five including a one-half (7.5½) consecutive hours, exclusive of a lunch period, between the hours of 07:00 hours and 18:00 hours daily with Saturdays and Sundays as days of resthour unpaid lunch.

HOURS OF WORK. 36.1 8.1 The scheduled work week normal workweek shall consist of five (5) consecutive days commencing on Monday and ending Friday with a workday of eight (8) hours commencing at 8:00 a.m., having one hour for a meal period at mid-shift, or as near as can mutually be agreed upon such that it does not affect the operation of the assignment area, and ending at 5:00 p.m. The meal period shall be thirty-seven decimal five (37.5) hours from Monday to Friday inclusive, and on the scheduled work day shall be seven decimal five (7.5) consecutive hours, exclusive of a lunch period, between the hours of 07:00 hours and 18:00 hours daily with Saturdays and Sundays as days of restemployee’s own time.
