HOURS OF WORK & WORKING CONDITIONS. 14:01 The regular work week shall consist of five (5) days per week, Monday to Friday inclusive, to- gether with a daily half-hour unpaid lunch pe- riod.
HOURS OF WORK & WORKING CONDITIONS. 14.01 Eight (8) hours shall constitute a working day, and forty (40) hours a working week from Monday to Friday inclusive, scheduled between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. All time worked in excess of this shall constitute overtime and shall be paid as provided for in 14.04 and 14.05 herein.

Such schedules may be changed by mutual agreement. However, changes may be made by the Employer to cover emergency situations.

See Appendix The day on which a shift starts shall be deemedto be the regular working day for that shift. It is agreed that the Monday shift may start at Sundayand for all hours worked on a three (3) shift operation. It is agreed by both parties, that the above referred times are for referenceonly and may be revisedas production demands warrant.
