Common use of Hours of Operation Clause in Contracts

Hours of Operation. 20 3.8.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide services during hours that are responsive to 21 the needs of the target population(s), as determined by COUNTY. At a minimum, 22 CONTRACTOR shall be available to provide services Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 23 7:00 p.m.

At minimum, fifty percent (50%) of the services will occur during 18 early morning hours (6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.), evenings (3:00 p.m. to 8:00 19 p.m.), and Saturdays.
