HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT. 8.1 The Board shall determine the work day and work week and reserves the right to adjust schedules within the normal school day or work day as needed. An employee’s work hours shall normally be scheduled consecutively with no break in the scheduled work time, except for paid breaks and unpaid lunch time as provided in this Agreement.
